I've had a few people ask me for the recipe to the picture I posted on my Facebook and Instagram this week. It really wasn't anything fancy since I didn't have too many ingredients in my fridge, just an Avocado and Tomato was enough. Add some salt, pepper and a dash of cumin and there you go! Super easy and tasty for a healthy snack.
3 Minute Guacamole Dip
1/2 Tomato diced
Salt and Pepper & Pinch of Cumin
Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the tomato & spices. Enjoy! It's that easy!
