Audrey is visiting today and I have the day off from seeing clients, so we decided we would do some baking! I am currently in the process of planning a healthy, holistic, 6-week weight loss challenge that will start in November (stay tuned for more details coming up) and I am trying out all of the recipes before I launch the program... and these are AWESOME! πŸ˜€

Recipe:  

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can Black Beans (no salt added, drained and rinsed)
  • 1/8 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/8 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsps Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 4 tbsps Raw Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions: 

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 and line baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2. Blend beans, almond milk, peanut butter and coconut oil in a food processor on high until smooth. 

3. Add cacao powder, honey, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt. Blend for another 2 minutes on high. 

4. Form into balls, press down, and add either nuts or organic dark chocolate chunks. 

5. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
