Okay, so I am an avocado fan, just like most people I know, but I did not realize how badly we here in Canada are missing out until I tried an avocado from Mexico. Seriously!! They are HUGE and so soft, ripe, and just the perfect texture. When I go to the grocery store here, I usually find two types of avocados: 1) So hard that I have to leave it on my counter in a bag for almost an entire week before if softens, or 2) So soft that by the time I get home and cut it open it is already brown inside.Read More
