Hi! I’m Viktoria Jones, a holistic nutritional therapist, wife, and dog mom to my adorable American Cocker Spaniel, Lola.


Believe it or not, I was not always at peace with my body. 
In fact, for the longest time, I struggled with body image and self-sabotaging eating patterns. 


I would try a new diet, convinced it would finally give me the results that I so desperately wanted…


Only to “fall off the wagon” as soon as I had a bad day.
Thankfully, I figured out a better way to approach health and fitness…


One that didn’t rely on me never eating a chocolate bar ever again.


Today, I teach women just like you how to lose weight (and keep it off!) by helping them address the root cause of their weight gain and heal their relationship with food forever.
