It might look like I’ve got it all figured out now… but it wasn’t always this way.

Much like you, I spent most of my 20s (and my teenage years!) constantly thinking about food—what I should eat, what I shouldn’t eat, and feeling guilty whenever I thought I’d "messed up."

When I finally learned about emotional eating, everything clicked.

There was a reason I was making my way through entire pints of Ben & Jerry’s late at night…

And it wasn’t because I lacked willpower.

Little by little, I learned how to understand what was really driving my eating, meet my emotional needs in healthier ways, and build a peaceful relationship with food.

For the first time, food stopped controlling my thoughts, my emotions, and my life.

The 16-week curriculum focuses on understanding, awareness & application to cover all areas of holistic healing; physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. The program curriculum is broken down into 4 phases of transformation, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. In total, there are 16 modules which can be completed weekly, bi-weekly, or at your own pace.

UNDERSTANDING: Are you ready to uncover the real reasons behind your struggles with food?

EEA is filled with powerful “aha” moments that help you understand yourself on a deeper level—why you turn to food when emotions feel overwhelming, why willpower has never been the answer, and what you can do to finally break free from the cycle.

Because when you understand what’s really going on, you can begin to create lasting change.

AWARENESS: We will practice becoming more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns around food so you can better understand your unique relationship with eating.

By exploring your emotional eating story, you’ll uncover the habits, beliefs, and triggers that have been keeping you stuck—and learn how to respond with more compassion, intention, and choice.

Cultivating Awareness 
Awareness is the key to transformation. In this module, we will dive deep into all things mindfulness & meditation to help you cultivate an awareness practice that works for YOU (no yoga mat required).

The Habit Academy

Now that we’ve tackled the mindset component of emotional eating, it’s time to put it all into practice by creating new habits and behaviors that will support you during your health journey.

I’m Viktoria Jones, a certified holistic nutritionist, wife, and dog mom to my adorable American Cocker Spaniel, Lola.

Believe it or not, I wasn’t always at peace with my relationship with food or myself.

For the longest time, I struggled with body image, emotional eating, and patterns that left me feeling frustrated and disconnected from my own needs.
