Overcoming Emotional Eating
This course was developed to empower emotional eaters to go from hating their bodies to embracing a nourishing relationship with food.
Over our time together, you will learn how to stop hating your body and learn how to shift your mindset around food, so you can end emotional eating & release weight without willpower or dieting.
The program will cover 3 phases:
1. (Weeks 1-4) We will first be understanding what emotional eating is on a physical, psychological and emotional basis.
2. (Weeks 5-8) Then diving deeper into the awareness in our body, personal stories and starting to change the narrative of our lives.
3. (Weeks 9-12) The last section will be the application and step-by-step discovery of what we really are hungry for, how to uncover what we need right now in life and strategies on how to start taking consistent imperfect action to come home to yourself.
There are two payment options: One payment of $297 + applicable taxes or 3 payments of $99 + applicable taxes.
