Hi! I’m Viktoria!

I believe every individual is capable of making positive, long lasting changes in their own life. No matter what your story is, change needs to start on the inside before changes are noticed on the outside.

 

My Story

Hi! I'm Viktoria Jones, certified holistic nutritionist, blogger, wifey (no kids yet, but mamma to the most adorable cocker spaniel puppy), and proud owner of Solji Nutrition. I am excited to work with you to develop a personalized program that will help you reach your health and wellness goals!

Finding my passion in holistic nutrition has been such an adventurous journey. Living abroad and experiencing different cultures, languages and cuisine broadened my understanding of food and its importance in uniting all people everywhere. After attending university, I spent two and a half years doing volunteer work in Europe and Asia. Along the way I developed a deep understanding of the importance of finding balance in life; balance of the body, mind and spirit.

Balance is the key to health, happiness and success. Previous to this understanding, I sought financial security through chasing a career in accounting that I did not enjoy. I also made poor decisions about health and nutrition by buying gym memberships I didn’t use and going on and off extreme diets to lose weight. I was only focusing on the number on the scale and not what my body needed. I was constantly disappointed in myself for not measuring up to the expectations of others.

I seek to educate you, to help you permanently improve the way you think about food, prepare food and use food, which will have a significant impact on all other areas of your health and well-being. I provide personal coaching to keep you on track, personalized meal plans to suit your lifestyle and food preferences and I assist in reducing symptoms of personal health concerns. Together, with delicious, easy to make recipes, in-depth nutritional advice, as well as, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, we will find a balance that is right for you in all areas of your life; physically, mentally and spiritually. 

It doesn’t matter where you are on your health journey! I believe that you are capable of making positive changes no matter your age, weight or health concern. Vibrant health is a journey that starts by making simple changes on the inside, today.

Accountability

I value accountability. When you are accountable to someone for your goals, your ability to succeed increases. How many times have you set a goal to eat healthy or lose weight but never reached your goal? I know that personally, when I am accountable to someone besides myself, I am able to accomplish so much more in a shorter period of time. Accountability plays a huge part in making healthy changes. 

Smart Goals 

I value the importance of setting smart goals. “Goals reflect the desire of our hearts and our vision of what we can accomplish. Through goals and plans, our hopes are transformed into action.” Setting goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely will promote a more successful outcome. Goals keep us on the right track and with a vision of what we can become.  

Individuality

I value individuality and encourage people to always strive to be the best version of themselves. Each person's needs are unique to their own situation, personality, and background. Life would be boring if we were all the same. We need to stop trying to be something we are not, and embrace who we are. “Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is you'er than you.” - Dr. Seuss

Self Love

I value self love and the importance of loving yourself enough to take care of yourself. "Wouldn't it be powerful if you fell in love with yourself so deeply that you would do just about anything if you knew it would make you happy?
