Let’s be real:
You don’t necessarily need (or even want) to be super skinny.
You just want to be able to go into a store, try on a pair of jeans, and feel GOOD about what you see in the mirror.
You want to wake up each morning feeling energized and ready to start the day (instead of sluggish and desperately reaching for that first cup of coffee).
And, at this point in your life, you feel like you have earned the right to sit down for a decent meal with your family, and not worry about what it will do to your diet.
“Self-love” shouldn’t be this mythical thing with no basis in your reality.
“It will go straight to my hips” shouldn’t be the most frequently uttered thing from your lips.
And the fear, guilt, and shame you feel around food right now should be replaced with the feeling of accomplishment as the scale keeps moving downwards week after week.
